Bio - Capturing Light One Frame at a Time
I am located in Amherst Massachusetts. I shoot portraits, landscapes and anything else that piques my interest. I can travel throughout western Massachusetts, southern Vermont, south western N.H. and some areas of northern Connecticut for photo shoots.
My photographic journey began back in the 1970’s when my dad gave me his old 35 mm rangefinder camera. He handed the camera to me, explained the settings and said "Get out there and show me what you can do". I began photographing landscapes, portraits, pretty much everything of interest to me. During my teens I set up a darkroom in my parents basement and began developing film and creating prints of my work. At nineteen, I took college level training in photography. My love of photography has steadily grown over the last 40 years. I am constantly learning new techniques and attending photographic workshops/seminars. My life's passion... capturing light one frame at a time.
